To hold the property you have chosen, you will need to pay a holding deposit of one month’s rent. This deposit will ensure that the property is no longer advertised and will be taken off the market. To organise your Lease efficiently, the checklist below will be required upon paying our holding deposit. This information is required 24 hours prior to the handover of the keys to your new property.


  • Completion of tenant registration form in full
  • Bank Details to arrange rent by standing order
  • Copy of Passport or Driver’s Licence – per Tenant
  • PPS Number – per Tenant
  • Written References are required – Employer, Landlord or Professional. In the case of self-employed individuals, a Tax Clearance Certificate or Letter from Accountant is required.

We can help you with the following upon moving in

  • All utilities will be transferred by our Agent into your name
  • We will advise you regarding telephone, broadband services, etc and give you the contact details of Providers
  • Our Agent will familiarise you with the Property and will answer any questions on the day you move in

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required prior to occupation of the rented property which is equivalent to one month’s rent. The deposit is held to cover any breakages, damages or other tenant-related expenses.
